I am currently a masters student in Management Science and Engineering at Stanford University. I am skilled in programming, design and data analytics. In my undergrad I have taken five internships, which stimulated my passion in the Internet industry. I am innovative and created two student organizations on campus. Zhadui Academic Club organized seminars, lectures, English corners, etc. to broaden students' vision; It is now the biggest academic organization in my university, and was reported by China Youth Daily, one of the most authoritative media in China.
Intern Plus is an online internship recruitment platform that bridges the gap between internship employers and students. It also helps thousands of students with their career development by MOOCs (click to see our courses), online seminars, one-on-one career guide, etc. I built a 40-member team and worked on the product design and technical implementation of our platform. I also made full use of my network to attract hundreds of employers from top companies, including Siemens, GE, PwC, Nielson, BMW, Bayer, Pfizer, Roche, Baidu, etc. Now Intern Plus has become very popular:
